  28. What is TIPS?  TIPS is a collection of ASCII files containing solutions or
  29.                work-arounds to various hardware and software problems.  I have
  30.                spent more than two years developing TIPS, and they are being
  31.                expanded and updated on a continual basis.

  33. Distribution:  This TIPS sampler may be uploaded to any Bulletin Board System
  34.                and distributed freely.  It is intended to give computer users
  35.                an idea of the information that is available through TIPS on
  36.                The Bertha BBS.
